To our store in Arlöv, we are now looking for you who want to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. Here, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 80% and weekly working hours may vary.

The position is fixed-term from 2026-08-01 to 2026-09-30.

In your role as a salesperson with us

The work in the store is varied. During a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, work in the warehouse, and stock shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong sense of team, a fast pace, and pleasant interactions characterize the work here. We learn from each other and create results together through development. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for you who

• Are of legal age (20 years or older) to serve our customers.
• Have good social skills and understand how you can contribute to a good customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, including weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings, and after closing.
• Enjoy collaborating and want to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Have a flexible approach, a curious attitude towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools.
• Have a high school or vocational education.

It is an advantage if you have experience in retail, service work, and/or work with food and beverages.
